Ultimate Beatdown Ticket Terms and Refund Policy
Ticket Terms & Refunds
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These terms cover event tickets bought on this website. The seller is IONICX AI SOLUTIONS (SSM registration no. RA0133443-V), a business registered in Malaysia at No. 3A, Jalan Emas Putih 1, Taman Sri Skudai, 81300 Skudai, Johor, which operates this website and is the merchant of record for your payment. Tickets paid for at the door are a separate transaction and are not covered here. By buying a ticket you accept these terms.
What you are buying
You are buying admission for one person to one Ultimate Beatdown event, on the date and at the venue shown on the ticket. A ticket admits you to the event; it does not reserve a particular seat unless the ticket says so.
You upload your payment receipt when you order, and we verify it. Your order reference (PO number) is shown to you straight away — keep it.
Your e-ticket arrives on WhatsApp about one week before the event, at the number you gave when ordering. It is a QR code, scanned at the door. There is no printed ticket to collect.
Entry
Each ticket is scanned once at the door. Once a ticket has been scanned it cannot be used again, so do not forward or post your ticket to anyone else.
Doors open at the time shown on the event page. Bags may be searched at the door, and we may refuse entry to anyone who will not allow a search.
Children
The Kids ticket is for anyone between 80cm and 110cm tall. It goes by height, not age, and height is measured at the door. Anyone above 110cm needs a full adult ticket, whatever their age.
Ultimate Beatdown is a family event and there are youth and kids divisions on the card, so spectators of every age are welcome. It is still live combat sport: the bouts are real and they are not edited. Bring a child if you are comfortable with that.
Leaving and coming back
Your ticket is scanned once, on the way in, and a wristband is put on your wrist there and then. Keep it on your wrist until the event is over — it cannot be removed and put back on.
Re-entry is by wristband. The ticket cannot be scanned a second time, so if you step out, your wristband is what gets you back in.
If you lose your wristband you will not be readmitted and a new ticket must be bought. Do not pass your wristband to anyone else — it is for the person who bought the ticket.
What you cannot bring in
Weapons of any kind, sharp objects, fireworks, flares, smoke devices and laser pointers. Illegal drugs. Glass bottles and cans.
Alcohol of any kind. None may be brought in and none is sold at the event. Anyone who appears to be intoxicated may be refused entry.
Outside food and drink. Professional cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, monopods and drones. Banners or flags on poles, and anything carrying offensive or discriminatory wording.
The venue may prohibit other items on the night. Anything not allowed in will not be stored for you, so please leave it at home rather than at the door.
When there is no refund
Tickets are non-refundable where the reason is within your control. That means no refund if you change your mind, if you do not turn up, if you arrive after the event has finished, or if you buy a ticket for the wrong date.
Tickets are also non-transferable and may not be resold. If a ticket is resold or shared, we may refuse entry on it without a refund.
When you do get your money back
If we cancel the event and do not reschedule it, you get a full refund of the ticket price. You do not have to ask — we refund every ticket sold on this website for that event.
If the event is postponed to a new date, your ticket carries over to that date automatically. If the new date does not suit you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the new date being announced and you get the full ticket price back.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Malaysian consumer law.
The fight card can change
A bout being cancelled, a fighter withdrawing, a change of opponent or a change to the running order is not a cancellation of the event and is not refundable. Fight cards change; that is the nature of the sport, and no promotion can guarantee a named fighter will compete.
Behaviour at the event
We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is violent, threatening, under the influence to the point of being a danger to themselves or others, or who ignores instructions from event staff or the venue. No refund is given where someone is removed for this reason.
Do not cause trouble at the venue. We reserve the right to remove anyone who starts a fight, harasses other spectators, damages property or otherwise disrupts the event, and where necessary we will call the police or other authorities to intervene. Being removed on these grounds ends your entry for the night and no refund is given.
Everyone inside the venue — spectators, fighters, coaches and their guests — must follow the instructions of UB officials and event staff. Their decision on the night is final.
Filming at the event
Ultimate Beatdown events are filmed and photographed. If you attend, you may appear in that footage, and it may be used in broadcasts, recordings and promotional material. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of event staff on the night and we will do what we reasonably can.
You may take photographs and short videos for your own personal use. Filming a bout in full, or streaming or broadcasting from inside the venue, is not permitted.
How to ask about a refund
If you are eligible for a refund under the conditions above, WhatsApp Bea on the UB line, +60 11-5445 1225, with the name and phone number you paid with and the payment reference from the gateway. You can also email hello@ionicx.ai. We reply within 3 working days with a decision.
Where a refund is due, it goes back to the account you paid from, through the same payment gateway, within 14 working days of that decision.
