When you register to fight: your full name as it appears on your IC or passport, your nickname, age, gender, height, weight class and actual weight, your fight record, your gym or team, your phone number, a social media link, your state or country, your fighter profile photo, and your payment receipt.

At the weigh-in we record your weight, and your blood pressure and heart rate. This is health data. We collect it only to decide whether it is safe for you to compete, and it is treated as sensitive personal data.

If you buy a ticket: your name, phone number, email address and payment reference. At the door we record when your ticket was scanned.

If you officiate: your name, the name you are known by cageside, your phone number and your bout count.

To match you against a suitable opponent, to run the weigh-in and the fight card, to check you in at the door, to score your bout, to pay refunds where our terms allow, and to contact you about the event you registered for.

Your name as it appears on your IC is required because a fight record follows a person, not a nickname, and because officials and the sanctioning body must be able to identify who competed.

Some of your data is public by the nature of competing. We publish your fighting name or nickname, your gym, your weight class, your discipline, your fight record and result, and your fighter photo — on fight cards, on this website, on our social media, on the live stream and on public scorecards.

We do not publish your phone number, your email address, your payment receipt, or the blood pressure and heart rate taken at the weigh-in. We do not ask for your IC number and do not hold one.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must give consent before you register, and their consent covers the publication described above. We may ask for proof of that consent before you are placed on a fight card.

Our officials and event staff, for matchmaking, weigh-in and check-in. The sanctioning body, Persatuan MMA Johor, where a bout requires it. The medical team on the night. Our hosting and database providers, who store the data on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.

Fight records, results and scorecards are kept indefinitely — they are the sporting record of the league. Payment receipts are kept for seven years for accounting. Weigh-in health readings are kept for two years. Ticket buyer contact details are kept for one year after the event.

Our database and website are hosted by providers whose servers for this service are in Singapore. Your data therefore leaves Malaysia. We use these providers only to store and serve the data for the purposes above; they do not use it for their own ends.

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to stop using it for anything beyond running the event, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot place you on a fight card. Published results of bouts already fought stay on the record.

Data is stored on access-controlled systems. Only officials who need a given piece of data to do their job can see it — the door crew see ticket check-ins, not payment receipts. Admin and door accounts on this website require two-factor authentication. Cageside tools used at the weigh-in and scoring table are reached with per-official codes issued for that event.
